Treating the condenser water can prevent damaging elements from building up on your equipment and generating higher condenser pressures. Doing this can also avoid inconsistent water temperature and water flow.
Clean the Tubes Once a Year
Tubes are essential in chillers since they serve as the main route for heat transfers. Without cleaning them regularly, they might be quickly filled with contaminants and impurities that can often increase thermal resistance. To clean the tubes of your chiller, you must brush them at least once a year. Conduct an Oil and Filter Change

You must also analyse the oil to pinpoint the frequency required in changing the oil in the future. If the oil tends to get dirty, you must change it more frequently.
